Step 1: Open Nursing Care Skills Evaluation Test

Step 2: Select “Philippines”

Step 3: Choose “Obtain your Prometric ID” > Click Next and Agree

Step 4: Enter your E-mail address and Password

Step 5: Fill up the form > Click Next

Step 6: Check your information > and then click "Next"

Step 7: Your Prometric ID has been sent to your e-mail address > Open your email and check your PROMETRIC ID
